I've never waited to outgrow my ceiling. I've always broken through it.
Every level I've broken through happened because I stopped doing what was comfortable and started doing what was required for the next level.
I didn't get there by working harder at the same things. I got there by identifying the handful of actions that actually created enough acceleration, and going all in on those until the ceiling I kept bumping into couldn't hold me anymore.
I've done this over and over.
- $100K year→$100K month, 12 months later
- $100K month→$100K week
- $100K week→$100K weekend
- 1 retreat→6 retreats in under 18 months
- $5K months→$50–70K in under 2 years
I Hit a ceiling. Break it. Find the next one. Break that. I've never once sat inside a level and got comfortable.
And what I know is that the women doing more of what kept them where they are will stay exactly where they are. In order to break your orbit, you have to stop doing the things that maintain your current level and start doing the things that build the next one.
That's what Inertia is. 30 days of applying the right force, in the right direction, until your current ceiling can no longer hold you.
